With warmth, curiosity, and a touch of humor, I offer a supportive, judgment-free space where you can feel truly heard. As a former student-athlete at the University of Pennsylvania, I understand the weight of high expectations and draw on that experience to help clients build confidence, resilience, and inner calm.

I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, and career stress. My integrative approach combines psychodynamic therapy, CBT, IFS, and mindfulness to meet each person’s unique needs.

Seder Therapy is an out-of-network provider with all insurance plans. If you have out-of-network benefits, I’d be happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

At this time, Seder Therapy is offering virtual sessions only, conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform for your privacy. Sessions are available to clients located within New York State.

Each session lasts 45 minutes, giving us time to focus on your needs in a meaningful way.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling needs. Appointments canceled within 24 hours notice are subject to result in the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding.
